Website analytics

Added October 26, 2026. We use first-party analytics to understand website interest by country, broad traffic source, page views and demo or early-access requests. A random identifier stored in session storage groups visits within a browser tab; it is not an advertising identifier. Your country is estimated by our hosting provider using the network request. We do not store raw IP addresses, names, emails, messages or full referrer URLs in the analytics database.

Only the site owner can view the dashboard. Analytics records are kept for up to 90 days and deleted on the next tracking write. Known bots and signed-in owner traffic are filtered. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You may exclude this browser below; that preference is stored locally in your browser. Forms still work when analytics are excluded.

Screenplay and production data

Your screenplay and production data are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access is managed through StoryOPS accounts and workspace permissions. Invite only people you trust.

Current script parsing and breakdown suggestions use built-in rules rather than sending your screenplay to an external generative-AI service for this processing. Screenplays are not published publicly as part of the workflow.

Demo requests and approved access

Updated October 29, 2026. We collect your name, email, company or professional name, production role and country to review your enquiry and contact you by email to arrange group or individual demonstrations. Your submitted details are emailed to sales@storyopsflow.com. No email verification or online booking is required for new requests. Your professional URL and production pain points are optional. Marketing updates require a separate, optional opt-in and are not a condition of access.

We retain registration details and private review notes to handle your enquiry, as described in the policy below. We use limited advertising attribution, access events and booking records to measure requests, approvals, Recorded Demo engagement and bookings separately. Analytics events do not contain your name, email, messages or meeting link. For previously approved private playback, your email is displayed as a visible watermark. A secure, HttpOnly cookie recognises an email-verified device for the duration of approved access. Verification and access tokens expire and can be revoked. We use our existing hosting/storage providers and Hostinger email service to deliver this experience; live discussions use the organiser’s configured meeting provider.

Access links and booking-management links are private. Do not forward them. These controls discourage sharing but cannot prevent screen recording or filming. Request access, correction, deletion or marketing withdrawal at hello@storyopsflow.com.
